Terms & Conditions

  • All orders are processed within 15 days from the date of purchase
  • We will be sending the shipment tracking details to the  registered email
  • A flat rate is fixed for the shipping cost
  • All International orders are notified via e-mail with the cost of Shipping and Handling (S&H)
  • Once acceptance of the S&H fee is received, the order is shipped via international carrier
  • Customers are responsible for any customs, duty or taxes imposed on foreign orders

Return Policies

  • We have a 7 day return policy.The returns will have to include the original packaging  unworn / unaltered / without perfume or usage marks / with  tags on
  • Shipping charges for the returns will have to be borne by the customer
  • Refund in the form of store credit will be initiated once the returns is received and inspected by our customer service department
  • Traditional India takes care to personally check each product that is shipped but in case of oversight we will happily accept the product back for full refund or exchange as per your wish
  • On receiving the returns the quality control team inspects the product
  • The refund is initiated based on the mode of original payment made
  • The refund of the shipping charges for the damaged products shipped will be handled by our customer care team on case to case basis
  • Once the order is placed and payment for the goods made via any of the permitted options, the order remains valid and cannot be cancelled in the intervening period between the commissioning of the order and the delivery
